  • You’ll support in removing damp and mould in properties, applying mould spray / cleaning mould to remove the hazard.
  • You’ll support our multi‑skilled operatives in carrying out a range of plastering tasks, including surface preparation, skimming, rendering, patch repairs, ceiling restoration and damp‑proof plastering.
  • You’ll assist a plumber by lifting and positioning pipework within a kitchen.
  • You’ll be on hand to help a roofer strip old tiles and clear debris safely.
  • You’ll assist a bricklayer by mixing mortar and preparing work areas in repairing an external wall.
  • You’ll support our multi‑skilled operatives in removing old plaster, wallpaper or loose materials to enable further works to take place.
  • You’ll ensure all work is completed safely, using appropriate PPE, dust sheets, and overshoes to protect the property and show respect to the customer.
  • Undertake other repairs involving plastering, brickwork and other general building tasks as required and as directed, within your skill set.
  • You’ll communicate with the planning team through our housing management system around the status of a job, ensuring records are accurate and customers stay well‑informed throughout the process.
  • Record all your work on your PDA, updating job notes, taking photos when needed, and confirming when repairs are finished.
