Position Summary

Technology Specialist and Service Relationship Manager positions are part of the Information Technology Services (ITS) Springboard Program. Employees are employed under a term appointment of up to three years and provide both technical expert support and relationship management across campus.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a technical specialist within a designated technology team.
  • Advocate for constituents in ITS decision‑making and support ticket resolution.
  • Disseminate technology service and change information to staff and students.
  • Triage and route support tickets to the appropriate technical colleague.
  • Keep ticket submitters informed of progress and status.
  • Collaborate with directors of technology teams and participate in mentoring and professional development activities.
Qualifications
  • Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree or higher (eligible for Associate's degree candidates with IT coursework).
  • Demonstrated interest in information technology and professional development.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across campus constituencies.
  • No prior technical experience required for applicants with a Bachelor's degree; willingness to learn and grow is essential.
