Materials Support Representative

Mom's Meals is hiring a 1st shift Materials Support Representative to help ensure our ready-to-heat meals are produced on time and to quality standards. In this on-site role, you'll support daily food production by staging ingredients, moving materials, and maintaining accurate inventory in a refrigerated facility. You will load and unload products, verify counts, use basic inventory software or scanners, and follow food safety, quality, and workplace safety guidelines.

Working closely with production and logistics teams, you'll help keep operations running smoothly for our mission of serving vulnerable clients.

Responsibilities

• Stage and move materials and ingredients to support daily food production
• Load, unload, and transport materials within refrigerated and dry storage areas
• Maintain accurate inventory counts using basic inventory systems or scanners
• Verify incoming and outgoing materials against documentation
• Follow food safety, quality, and sanitation procedures
• Adhere to workplace and equipment safety standards, including PPE use
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams on material needs and timings
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
• Keep storage and work areas clean, organized, and labeled
• Report material, quality, or safety issues to supervision promptly
