UnityPoint Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for an 8-bed mixed ICU. This full-time role includes a weekend package from Friday 7 am to Sunday 7 pm with time-and-a-half pay after 3 pm Friday.
A $20,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible hires through October 31, 2026. The RN will guide and supervise staff, coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team, and provide patient-centered care in a supportive environment.
