GRISWOLD MIDDLE SCHOOL Short-Term Substitute Teacher – Science, Grade 8Griswold Public Schools is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Short-Term Substitute Teacher for Science at Griswold Middle School. This position will begin on August 24, 2026 and could run between 6 – 12 weeks.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree required; certification in Science or related field preferred
- Prior teaching or classroom experience preferred
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Ability to adapt instruction to meet diverse student needs
- Certified long-term substitute teacher will be compensated at a daily rate of $150.00 or in accordance with district policies for long-term substitute teachers.
- Degreed long-term substitute teacher will be compensated at a daily rate of $120.00.
