- Verschillende werkzaamheden; bijv. dak sloopwerk en pannen dekken
- Samenwerken met een ploeg van ± 5/6 collega’s
- Familiegevoel
- Bedrijfsuitjes en vieringen
- Goede secundaire voorwaarden
