Chief Executive Officer

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree required, preferably MBA, Economics or Business Administration
• 15+ years of professional and executive leadership experience
• Deep expertise in blockchain, digital assets and financial market infrastructure globally
• Ability to build institutional‑grade operating models suitable for future multi‑license environments
• Hands‑on leadership style with strategic and operational capabilities and excellent stakeholder management and board‑level communication capabilities
• Demonstrated success leading start‑ups and scaling businesses internationally with proven ability to recruit, motivate and scale high‑performing and globally distributed teams within international operating models
• Strong familiarity and network with institutional counter parties, banking partners, liquidity providers and fintech ecosystem
• Good understanding of relevant laws and regulations, specifically MiCA and familiarity with DORA, PSD2, MiFID, EMD and payment services infrastructure
• Fluent in English;
  Dutch and/or additional European or Asian languages are considered a strong advantage
• Experience overseeing outsourcing, cloud governance and third‑party risk management frameworks is a strong plus
