As a Sales Assistant, you enable the Sales team to focus on what matters most: customer relationships and revenue growth. You are responsible for ensuring a structured, reliable, and scalable commercial operation by owning key administrative processes, coordinating across departments, and supporting commercial execution. You act as the link between Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Quality, ensuring alignment and resolving issues before they impact the customer.

• Own the administrative side of the order-to-cash process end-to-end.
• Process and validate customer orders in ACM.
• Manage and process credit notes (creditnota’s).
• Maintain accurate, structured, and compliant administration.
• Ensure documentation, traceability, and data quality across processes.

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally.
• Coordinate internally to resolve issues before they impact customers.
• Align with:
  • Logistics on deliveries and shipment issues
  • Quality on complaints and deviations
  • Operations on product availability
• Manage returns and ensure proper follow-up and administration.

• Support product launches, introductions, and customer onboarding.
• Prepare customer communication (mailings, updates).
• Coordinate promotions and commercial campaigns.
• Manage POS materials and support in-store visibility.
• Follow up with customers to support upsell and engagement.

• Prepare input for MT and sales meetings (insights, issues, trends).
• Signal:
  • Stock issues and availability risks
  • Missed sales opportunities
• Maintain overview of sales activities and bottlenecks.
• Identify and implement improvements ("fix the basics").
• Standardize and optimize processes to support scalability.

• Experience in sales support, administration, or customer service (preferred)
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems (ACM is a plus)
• Fluent in Dutch;
  English is a plus
• Affinity with the cannabis / coffeeshop industry is a strong advantage
