Drum & Showfanfare DES in Groningen is per 1-12-2026 op zoek naar een enthousiaste dirigent(e) voor haar fanfareorkest. Het orkest bestaat uit circa 40 tot 45 muzikanten en repeteert op maandagavond.
De ideale kandidaat heeft de benodigde ervaring om een 1e divisie orkest te leiden, aandacht voor de verenigingscultuur en biedt ruimte voor repetities in ensembles. U ontvangt een marktconform salaris binnen een enthousiast en betrokken orkest.
