Vermaat Groep zoekt een floormanager voor NOK, de Bar Bistro op de tiende verdieping van Forum Groningen, in Groningen. Je stuurt het team aan op de vloer, zorgt voor een soepele service en bewaakt hygiëne en veiligheid. Je werkt nauw samen met keuken en bar om een uitstekende gastbeleving te realiseren.
Je hebt aantoonbare horeca-ervaring in een leidinggevende rol en weet gasten en medewerkers te motiveren. Je hands-on mentaliteit en focus op kwaliteit maken jou geschikt voor deze functie.
