Een zorgorganisatie in Groningen is op zoek naar een ervaren Senior HR adviseur die verantwoordelijk zal zijn voor een klein HR-team. De rol omvat het adviseren van teammanagers, het bijdragen aan strategische HR-thema’s en het invullen van het HR-jaarplan. Je hebt een HBO- of WO-opleiding in HRM, bij voorkeur ervaring in de zorg, en je bent in staat om medewerkers te stimuleren en verbinden.

Dit biedt een jaarcontract voor 24 tot 32 uur per week met aantrekkelijke arbeidsvoorwaarden.
