Je bereidt kandidaten voor op sollicitaties en coacht hen door het sollicitatieproces. Je organiseert rondleidingen, evenementen en beoordeelt wervingsprocessen continu.
Je werkt hybride, met kantoorwerk in Groningen/Leeuwarden en in-house klantlocaties. Een HBO- of mbo-4 opleiding is vereist en reisbereidheid met eventueel rijbewijs/eigen
