Maartenscollege Haren zoekt een ervaren HR-administratieve expert voor 20 uur per week. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor in-, door- en uitstroom en beheert onboarding/offboarding, verzuimmeldingen, contracten en verlofmutaties. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van personeelsdossiers en denkt mee over HR-processen en systemen.
Je werkt nauw samen met AFAS- en salarisadministratie en ondersteunt teamleiders. Thuiswerken is mogelijk, aanwezigheid op school is gewenst.
