Vodafone Ziggo zoekt een Team Manager Collections B2C die het MT van CM0C helpt richting geven en teams motiveert. Je schakelt met Legal, Sales en Procurement en rapporteert aan het MT. Je draagt bij aan continue verbetering en heldere afspraken (SLA’s) binnen de afdeling.
Je hebt HBO-niveau en 3–5 jaar leiderschapservaring in een operationeel team, met kennis van HR-processen en financiële flows. Nederlands en Engels vloeiend vereist.
