Omrin zoekt een teamleider transport die leiding geeft aan ongeveer 16 chauffeurs en een coördinator in de regio Groningen. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening richting gemeenten, houdt overzicht en zorgt voor een stabiel team met duidelijke afspraken.
Je werkt dicht bij de operatie, bent zichtbaar op standplaatsen, regelt knelpunten structureel en stemt af met planning, werkplaats, HR, finance en gemeenten.
