Johnson & Johnson Vision Groningen seeks a Project Manager for New Product Introduction of intraocular lenses. You will lead end-to-end NPI projects from concept through regulatory approval and market introduction, coordinating R&D, Regulatory, Quality, and Supply Chain.
The role requires 5–10 years of PM experience in regulated tech, managing global virtual teams, and strong knowledge of Design Control, GMP/QSR/ISO 13485. English fluency is essential;
Dutch is a plus.
