Territory Sales Manager – Medical Device (M/F/D)

Your responsibilities

Territory business planning
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to understand needs and influence account strategy
Action planning
Monitoring sales results & establishing correcting actions
Opportunity Management & pipeline control
Continuous market & competitor monitoring
Ensuring customer progressions along the Integrated Sales Process (ISP)
Implement a customer progression framework to enhance relationships and increase retention
Train customers in products
Comply with price policies
Reporting (CRM & other reporting tools)
Your territory will cover the northern region of the Netherlands.

Requirements
Experience in a similar field sales role or healthcare background
Previous sales experience in the medical sector is an advantage. However, the role is also open to candidates from non‑sales medical backgrounds (such as nurses, biomedical engineers, or other healthcare professionals) who have strong commercial potential and are looking to take their career in a new direction.
Outstanding oral and written communication skills in both Dutch and English
Exemplifies unwavering integrity in interactions with both external and internal stakeholders
Exceptional organizational and planning abilities, adept at managing multiple demands and priorities effectively
Innately self‑motivated with a resolute determination to achieve success
Committed to personal continuous improvement and development, maintaining a keen focus on growth and enhancement
Experience in sales or medical
Experience selling technology‑driven products
Knowledge of the healthcare sector is an advantage but not a prerequisite.
