Minimum of 1 year inpatient or clinic RN experience. Anesthesia / Pain Management experience preferred. ACLS required. Some Leadership experience required.

As part of the Critical Procedures team, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Role OverviewAs a Ldr-RN Critical Procedures, you'll provide leadership to a team of four or more staff members, including RNs, MAs, and CSRs, while also performing critical nursing duties. This role is essential in ensuring the coordination and delivery of compassionate, quality patient care, supporting both your team and the broader healthcare team in achieving exceptional outcomes.

What You Will Do- Lead and supervise a team of nursing and support staff, ensuring effective coordination and delivery of patient care.
- Perform critical nursing procedures, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Communicate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Demonstrate clinical competence and provide teaching to patients and their families.
- Maintain regulatory compliance and certifications, including ACLS or OCN, and BLS/ACLS.

Required Qualifications
- Graduate from a school of nursing and current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse.
- Successful completion of HFMG Pharmacology test.
- Demonstrated leadership ability.
- Certification which is a regulatory requirement in the State of Michigan or a documented community standard of care, i.e., Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN).
- Current BLS/ACLS certificate.
- Two to three years of nursing experience in a clinical environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and keyboarding skills, including working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Leadership experience preferred.
