• serve as a patient advocate and offer emotional support to patients and families
• provide home care instructions
• support staff and community education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
• RN license in Michigan
• Specialty certification (preferred)
• Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience, including one year in the specialty area
• Pediatric nursing experience, preferably in acute care settings

• Compassion and patient advocacy
• Clinical expertise in pediatrics
• Ability to educate patients, families, and staff
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
