Schedule: PRN (as needed to cover for staff vacation/call-offs), Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm, no weekends or major holidays
Department: Radiation Oncology
Locations: Floats between 4 Radiation Oncology offices (Warren, Macomb Township, Rochester and Grosse Pointe)
Responsibilities:- Performs receptionist functions for assigned areas.
- Receives, screens, routes and responds to incoming telephone calls.
- Takes accurate messages and ensures timely delivery.
- Greets guests and provides appropriate assistance and information.
- Performs additional clerical duties as assigned.
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Note:
Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable. - Medical office background, oncology preferred
