Kitchen and Bath Senior Design Lead

We are seeking a Kitchen & Bath Design Studio Lead to oversee our talented design team and elevate our studio to the next level.

As our Studio Lead, you’ll be responsible for guiding our design department with a focus on cabinetry and kitchen/bath projects. You will mentor designers, ensure design excellence, and serve as a client-facing leader on select projects. This role also includes oversight of invoicing, project set-up, and coordination with our operations team to ensure seamless project delivery.

• Lead and mentor a team of designers specializing in kitchen, bath, and cabinetry.
• Manage all phases of the design process: client consultations, design development, drawings, material sourcing, and presentations.
• Take ownership of invoicing and billing for design projects (with Controller support).
• Maintain Pointe’s design standards across all projects, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Serve as lead designer on select high-end kitchen and bath projects.
• Collaborate with Project Manager, labor crews, and trades to ensure smooth installations.
• Establish and refine studio SOPs for efficiency and consistency.

• 8+ years of experience in kitchen and bath design (luxury and/or custom cabinetry experience required).
• Strong leadership or management background; prior team leadership is a plus.
• NKBA certification or equivalent highly preferred.
• Proficiency in design software such as 2020 Design, Chief Architect, AutoCAD, or similar.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with clients.
• Organized, detail-driven, and financially savvy (comfortable with invoicing and budgets).
