Overview
RN A Nurse's daily responsibilities will be to evaluate assigned patients within the Nursing Facility and direct the CENAs in their daily care of residents.
Registered Nurse Duties and Responsibilities- Providing great patient care.
- Establishing a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients & families
- Administering medications and other treatments
- Assisting physicians during examinations & procedures
- Promoting patient's independence by establishing, implementing, and directing care goals.
- Resolving patient concerns and needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies.
- Examining patients to detect issues requiring medical care, including open wounds, bruises, or blood in the urine.
- Stay up to date on Nurse training & education and facility policy and procedure.
- Other duties as assigned.
- State Registered Nurse License
- Valid Identification
- COVID 19 Vaccination or Exemption
- Comfortable using a computer.
- Prior experience in long term care is preferred.
- Prior experience with Infection Control is preferred.
