Scheduling Coordinator

Comfort Care is a family owned and operated private duty home care agency. We are dedicated to serving seniors, new moms and or individuals recovering from injury and illness who need supervision and assistance with daily activities. We can reduce the stress, cost and inconvenience of long-term health care and enable patients to live in the comfort and privacy of home.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Home Care Scheduler located in Grosse Pointe, MI. The Home Care Scheduler will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling home care services for clients, maintaining communication with caregivers and clients, ensuring proper documentation and records are maintained, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves working closely with healthcare professionals and clients to ensure that patient care schedules are efficiently managed and adhered to.

• Experience with email and Microsoft word
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Patient Care
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience in home care or healthcare scheduling is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in healthcare administration or related field are beneficial
