Fusion Medical Staffing‑Radiology is seeking a travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a 13‑week assignment in Grosse Pointe, Michigan.

- One year’s experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist
- Current Nuclear Medicine Technologist/Radiography license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC)
- Current ARRT or Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) certification
- Other certifications and licenses relevant to the position
- Educate patients about nuclear medicine procedures and answer questions
- Maintain and inspect nuclear medicine equipment; report malfunctions and ensure radiation safety
- Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals and medications per protocol
- Monitor patients for adverse reactions and intervene as needed
- Operate medical imaging equipment to produce organ or area images per physician orders
- Document procedure details in patient records for continuity of care and regulatory compliance
- Follow hospital safety rules and radiation safety procedures to minimize exposure
- Perform additional duties within the scope of practice as assigned
- Critical thinking and excellent interpersonal communication
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Ability to read written instructions and follow verbal instructions; PC skills
- Physical strength to lift 50‑100 pounds and perform required movements
- Professionalism and positive attitude when working with diverse personnel
- Fine motor skill to assist with procedures and use department equipment
- Capacity to handle frequent contact with the public, work under pressure, and maintain concentration
- Visual acuity to effectively communicate
