Job Description

As a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA), you will play a key role in designing and maintaining individualized treatment programs for clients. You’ll conduct behavioral assessments, supervise and mentor team members, analyze client data, communicate with families, ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations, and participate in ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and monitor ABA treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and collect/interpret data to inform treatment decisions.
  • Supervise, train, and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other team members.
  • Maintain regular communication with families and caregivers, providing updates and education.
  • Ensure adherence to ethical standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Engage in ongoing learning and professional growth opportunities.
Requirements
  • Current BCaBA certification required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, education, special education, or related).
  • Previous experience in ABA or behavioral health preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
