Our client, a family-owned industry leader in building materials, is seeking a General Manager/Sales Manager to join their team. This is an amazing opportunity for candidates with 2-5 years of experience in building materials management and sales.

Position Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
• Manage a team of sales representatives and provide leadership and guidance
• Oversee inventory management and ensure adequate supply of building materials
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors

Essential Job Functions:

• Strong understanding of building materials industry trends
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze sales data and make strategic decisions
• Effective leadership and team management skills

Position

Skills:

• 2-5 years of experience in building materials management and sales
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
