Description:
Henry Ford Health is seeking a Full-Time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join the Ambulatory Division at Henry Ford Cottage Surgery Center in Grosse Pointe Farms, Michigan, offering a collaborative anesthesia care model, no call, no weekends, and a
*** sign-on bonus in a high-quality outpatient surgical environment.
Job Description:
- Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments
- Develop individualized anesthesia care plans
- Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care
- Deliver intravenous, inhalation, and regional anesthetics
- Provide anesthesia services across a broad range of surgical specialties including:
- Total joints (hips and knees)
- Orthopedics and sports medicine
- Plastic surgery
- Urology
- GYN
- Ophthalmology
- Podiatry
- Dental
- Pediatrics
- Endoscopy
- General surgery
- Administer anesthesia to patients of all ages and ASA classes (including pediatrics and geriatrics)
- Provide airway management services as needed
- Monitor patients intraoperatively and manage anesthesia-related complications
- Deliver post-anesthesia care and pain management
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation within EPIC EMR
- Travel to other ambulatory sites as operational needs arise
- Collaborate closely with anesthesiologists and multidisciplinary surgical teams
- Work within a fast-paced ambulatory division alongside 40+ CRNAs and 10 senior staff physicians
No lapsed or new graduate candidates
Not open to Locum and/or Locum to Perm candidates
Not open to candidates who have lapsed Board Certification(s) and need to obtain them again
Not open to providers who want to commute long distances (more than 1 hour) and/or in conjunction with another job(s)
