Scheduling & Hours
- Rotating shifts and potential call requirements (specifics provided upon interview)
- Flexible scheduling for optimal work-life balance
- Active RN license in Michigan (or compact eligibility)
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in a CVOR setting
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA preferred)
- Strong understanding of cardiovascular surgical procedures and aseptic technique
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities
- Provide perioperative care to cardiovascular surgical patients
- Scrub and circulate during complex open-heart and vascular procedures
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain a sterile and safe environment in the CVOR
- Document patient care accurately and promptly
