What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments for outpatient procedures
• Develop and implement individualized anesthesia care plans
• Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care as appropriate
• Manage anesthesia delivery via intravenous, inhalation, and regional techniques
• Monitor patients throughout surgical procedures, managing any anesthesia-related complications
• Provide postoperative pain management and recovery care
• Maintain accurate, compliant documentation within EPIC EMR systems
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists and multidisciplinary surgical teams
• Travel to other ambulatory sites as operational needs arise

What You Need

• Current Michigan RN license and certified as a CRNA
• ACLS, BLS, and NBCRNA certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of recent CRNA clinical experience, preferable in outpatient or similar settings
• Ability to work independently within a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
• Open to H1B and J1 Visa Candidates
