• Oversee all operations during the shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Set the example and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Responsible for staffing, paperwork, cost controls, food management, scheduling, store cleanliness, marketing, profitability, and adherence to standards.
• Maintain excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure attendance, punctuality, and transportation to/from work.

• Operate all store equipment.
• Stock ingredients, maintain storage and walk-in cooler.
• Prepare pizza products and handle telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facilities daily.
• Follow orientation and training on the job.
• Understand written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers.
• Perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) accurately and quickly.
• Make correct monetary change.
• Use computer or touch screen to enter orders.
• Demonstrate motor coordination and ability to use hands for precise movements.
• Apply judgment, analysis, and decision making in a fast environment.

• Stand for most tasks; walk short distances on various surfaces.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying up to 30 pounds, and moving trays and equipment as described.
• Climb stairs or ladders as required for maintenance tasks.
• Push or pull trays on dollies, requiring up to 7.5 pounds of force.
• Perform forward bending, squatting, and reaching (up to 72 inches) continuously during the shift.
• Use hand and eye coordination for tasks such as shaping dough, handling pizza boxes, and using pizza peel.

• Variations in temperature from 36°F to 90°F or higher.
• Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, fumes, and hot surfaces up to 500°F.
• Adverse weather when removing trash or performing outdoor tasks.
• Work in cramped quarters, walk‑in coolers, and near sharp edges or moving parts.
