Qualifications:
Possess one of the following:
Completed two years of college credit (60 credits total); or Hold an associate's (or higher) degree; or Passed the Para Pro/Para Pathways Assessment within 90 days of start date.
Additional qualifications:
Ability to work with children with multiple needs. Capacity to implement lessons written by the Special Education Teacher. Ability to work cooperatively with Administration, Regular Education Teachers, other assigned staff, and parents. Flexible, dependable, and responsive to new ideas and direction.
Start date:
August 31, 2026. Hourly rate: $17.94 per hour. Wages in accordance with the CBA for the Groton Paraeducators Chapter CSEA/SEIU Local 2001. Final date to receive applications:
August 23, 2026.
