Applicants: Qualifications:
Possess one (1) of the following:
- 1. Completed two years of college credit (60 credits total); or
- 2. Hold an associate's (or higher) degree; or
- 3. Passed the Para Pro/Para Pathways Assessment within 90 days of start date
Additional Qualifications:
- 1. Ability to work with children with multiple needs
- 2. Capacity to implement lessons written by the Special Education Teacher
- 3. Ability to work cooperatively with Administration, Regular Education Teachers, other assigned Staff, and Parents
- 4. Flexible, dependable, and responsive to new ideas and direction
Start Date: ASAP
Hourly Rate: $17.94 per hour – Wages in accordance with the CBA for the Groton Paraeducators Chapter CSEA/SEIU Local 2001
