Job Summary
: SEACORP is seeking an early career Production and Test Technician with 1 year of relevant experience at their Groton, Connecticut facility. The candidate should have a mechanical aptitude and 1 year of basic electronics experience in the workforce or equivalent education from a technical school or college program. Candidates must be able to work alone or as part of a team and be a self-starter when required.
This position will be primarily focused on mechanical assembly activities, with basic electrical testing and troubleshooting as needed.
Job
Responsibilities Include:
- Mechanical assembly and basic electrical testing in accordance with established work routers and test procedures.
- Generate and upload digital test datasheets for engineering review.
- Occasionally assist senior technicians with various tasks.
- Work directly with engineering staff to solve more complex problems as necessary.
- Suggest improvements to documentation and processes as needed to increase efficiency.
Education: High school or technical school diploma/GED.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of electronics experience or equivalent education. Ability to obtain and maintain DoD secret level security clearance.
