Position: AN/BYG-1 Submarine Combat Control System Engineering Technician
Atlas Tech is a rapidly expanding company supporting the US Military and other Government entities and we are seeking a passionate flexible and highly motivated team player to join our group of Technology professionals We are looking for a talented ANBYG 1 Submarine Combat Control System Engineering Technician to support ongoing submarine modernization efforts This is a full time position working out of Groton CT If you are comfortable in intense fast paced environments can think on your feet and can excel in team based collaborative efforts then this may be the right job for you The Engineering Technician will perform technical evaluations and required corrective actions for the ANBYG 1 Submarine Combat Control System in accordance with DoD and US Navy Maintenance Procedures and Cyber System instructions Travel up to 10 You Will Provide support in a variety of engineering tasks in the installation maintenance repair troubleshooting calibration testing operation of the ANBYG 1 Submarine Combat Control System in accordance with engineering specifications

Support systems engineering activities with subject matter expertise

Assist with testing and evaluations; perform validationsverifications of the ANBYG 1 Combat Control System Assist in the disassembly reassembly installation and testing of the ANBYG 1 Submarine Combat Control System Assist in accomplishing Engineering Change Instructions ECIsDevelop technical andor engineering data for Planned Maintenance Systems PMS technical manuals troubleshooting procedures drawing updates operation procedures and maintainability improvements

Be the direct on site customer interface for equipmentsystems installation testing survey fabrication and other engineering tasks as needed

Comply with engineering documentation standards engineering plans and system specifications and test procedures; review change proposals for equipment impacts

You Have US Citizenship Possession of and the ability to maintain a Department of Defense DoD Secret Level Security Clearance Hands on experience configuring troubleshooting and repairing computer networking equipment and Windows Servers and Workstations Self motivation strong work ethic and commitment to quality and teamwork

A passion for learning

Ability to travel up to 10

Education Experience Technical Military Trade school training beyond high school and at least 5 years of job related experience
