Groton Utilities is seeking a strategic and technically proficient Manager, Electric Engineering to direct our Electric Project Management team and ensure the robust, safe, and efficient operation of our distribution systems.

Successful candidates will have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering or Physics; a minimum of ten (10) years' experience in power distribution; and will be a proven leader ready to manage the power that drives our community.

This position is benefit eligible including participation in medical and dental insurance, the City Retirement Program and paid time off for vacation, sick and personal time and holidays. Pre-employment physical exam including drug screen, background & credit checks and references are required.
