- You must be a U.S. citizen eligible to obtain a Secret security clearance or higher
- You need at least three years of hands-on experience in structural mechanics, stress analysis, structural design, material modeling, or shock analysis and testing
- Candidates should possess a strong background in analytical and numerical modeling techniques
- You must have experience using finite element analysis codes such as ABAQUS, NASTRAN, ANSYS, or LS-DYNA
- Expertise in explicit and implicit solution methods is required
- A solid understanding of linear and nonlinear structural analysis techniques is essential
