Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band, GS-11, in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must include:
Experience as a professional engineer providing technical guidance and analyzing problems regarding ship system testing.
- Proven analytical/engineering skills and a proven ability to successfully work with technical personnel in the review of significant technical issues that affect their respective engineering discipline.
- Ability to apply and modify standard engineering practices and approaches in order to solve a variety of engineering and operational problems.
