Entry‑Level Bank Teller

TEKsystems is hiring for an Entry‑Level Bank Teller with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in Groton, CT. No prior banking experience required. We are seeking candidates with strong customer service and cash handling experience who are looking to start a career in banking and financial services.

• Must be available Monday‑Friday between 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM and on Saturdays between 8:30 AM - 2:30 PM
• Full‑time hours (40 hours per week)

• Assist members with deposits, withdrawals, and account transactions
• Provide exceptional customer service in a branch environment
• Handle cash accurately and balance transactions
• Educate members on available financial products and services
• Support account maintenance and general banking operations
• Assist with credit card, loan, and account applications
• Build relationships with members and identify solutions to meet their financial needs

• Customer service experience
• Cash handling experience
• Retail, hospitality, banking, restaurant, receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to learn new systems and processes
• Reliable and professional demeanor

Contract to Hire position based out of Groton, CT. This is a fully onsite position.
