Senior Digital Banking Operations Representative

Responsibilities

• Performs various daily processing activities associated with digital banking services
• Resolves problems and ensures the exceptions and anomalies are addressed
• Provides daily phone and virtual support to all members
• Responsible for debit card processing including transactions, disputes, issuance, and transaction inquiries
• Sets up, maintains, and provides ongoing support for business banking clients
• Establishes and maintains business deposit accounts
• Review and approve incoming and outgoing wire transfers for customers
• Assists with the cross-selling of additional products and services
• Performs various quality assurance processes
• Assists with the development, implementation, and testing of new Digital Banking services
• Reconcile general ledgers associated with various Digital Banking Operations tasks
• Responsible for adhering to Bank policies and procedures as well as all regulatory requirements and guidelines

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Three (3) years of banking experience in Deposit Operations and/or Retail Banking
• Strong analytical and problem resolution skills
• Detail oriented and well organized
• Strong customer service orientation
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Ability to learn and adapt to change
• Must interact with customers and co-workers in a professional manner
