The Town of Groton seeks a Building Official or Assistant Building Official to support inspection services, enforce the State Building Code, and administer zoning and town ordinances. You will perform inspections, reviews, and enforcement duties and may act in the manager’s absence.
Requires a bachelor’s degree in building construction, architecture, or related field with six years’ inspection experience; CT licensing is required; CAZEO certification preferred.
