Speech Language Pathologist; SLP; Groton, CT

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state SLP licensure (or eligibility)
• SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credentials welcomed
• Previous school-based experience preferred, but strong new graduates considered
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to build rapport with students, staff, and families

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in group and one-on-one settings
• Conduct evaluations and assessments to develop and monitor IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions and progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable input to student plans
• Adapt interventions to meet each student's unique needs
