NAVY EXCHANGE SERVICE COMMAND (NEXCOM) is seeking a Front Desk Clerk at a Navy Gateway Inn and Suites and/or Navy Lodge property in Groton, CT. You will greet guests, handle reservations, payments, check-in/check-out, and maintain lobby and service standards while safeguarding guest privacy and safety.
The role requires a welcoming attitude, strong communication, and experience in office clerical work; training in PMS and hospitality procedures may be provided.
