Requirement Elicitation and Analysis Need BA with Clinical domain knowledge (Metadata Repository (MDR) preferably)

• Strong understanding of clinical domain and has worked on Clinical Data Management
• Understanding of CDISC standards
• SDTM
• SRDM
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges.
• Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows.
• Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional and non-functional specifications for technical teams.
• Collaborate with technology teams to detail requirements that meet business needs.
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.
• Create detailed documentation including business requirements documents, process flows, use cases, and user stories/requirements.
• Liaise with customers and agree on the requirements
• Create user stories in JIRA
• Requirements sign-off with customer
• Work with technical team
