Key Responsibilities- Set up computer hardware and perform basic hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Provide support for software, hardware, and networking for desktops, laptops, and servers.
- Maintain and support legacy products and core server products.
- Perform disk replacement on enterprise storage products.
- Install and maintain PCs, associated software, networks, servers, and peripherals.
- Support network products from operational and maintenance perspectives.
- Perform installs, moves, adds, and changes as required.
- Test and certify PCs, networks, servers, and client-approved applications.
- Provide follow-up on problems or escalation as necessary.
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the service delivery transaction.
- Meet client-specific Service Level Agreements and ensure incident and request tickets are updated accordingly within the ticketing system.
- 1-3 years of computer support experience with basic hardware and software skills.
- Strong work ethic and organizational skills.
- Experience in installing, diagnosing, maintaining, and servicing computer-related products, including desktop & laptop computers, printers, network devices, standard software, and low-end servers at customer sites and/or depot locations.
- Ability to perform activities directed by Help Desk, Service Desk, or script using standard methods, techniques, and tools.
- Capability to apply personal knowledge to resolve product support issues not addressed by the service desk.
- Experience in troubleshooting and repairing more complex device issues, including reloading and re-imaging PCs/laptops, and installing and optimizing HW/SW networking products.
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Willingness to work the second shift from 3-11pm.
- Non-driving position, but may require driving between sites.
This is a temporary-to-permanent position with a duration of 12 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs. We are seeking individuals who are ready to start as soon as possible and are open to recent graduates.
