US Department of Defense - 73 Eastern Point Road - Responsibilities:
Provide technical oversight and contract compliance in the test and evaluation of Non-Propulsion Electronics (NPE), Command, Control, Communications, and Intelligence (C3I), and Combat Systems (CS).;
Interact routinely with government and contract vendors to coordinate and collaborate in technical investigations to resolve NPE, C3I, and CS issues using established and new evaluation techniques.;
Develop procedures to support the integration, test and evaluation, and modernization of shipboard systems, components, and equipment.;
Review and evaluate technical data and test information as a member of the Joint Test Group (JTG) to verify accuracy and compliance with applicable specifications.;
Coordinate and review the efforts of contractor representatives to ensure proper integration, testing and installation of electronics.
