We are seeking an experienced Network Security Engineer / Firewall Engineer to join a dedicated firewall-focused team. This role will primarily focus on firewall engineering while also supporting network operations, projects, and security initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with multiple enterprise firewall platforms and a solid foundation in routing and switching.

• Deploy, configure, administer, and troubleshoot enterprise firewalls.
• Support firewall migrations, upgrades, deployments, and optimization.
• Build and support new network/security site deployments.
• Review and improve firewall configurations, standards, and processes.
• Troubleshoot firewall and network security issues.
• Support security-related requests and ongoing network operations.
• Participate in both project-based initiatives and day-to-day operational support.
• Maintain technical documentation and follow established security standards.

• 5+ years of relevant network/security engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with at least 2 of the following firewall platforms:
  Palo Alto, Cisco, Fortinet/Forti Gate.
• Strong firewall configuration, administration, troubleshooting, and operational support experience.
• Solid understanding of routing and switching.
• Experience with firewall deployments, migrations, optimization, and support.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• CISSP and/or Security+ certification.
• Experience working in large enterprise network/security environments.
• Strong understanding of network security best practices.
