Position SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support maintenance and calibration data management activities. This role will focus on entering, verifying, and maintaining equipment data within computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and data integrity.
Key ResponsibilitiesEnter and verify equipment, calibration, and maintenance data.
Build and maintain equipment hierarchies in CMMS systems.
Review source documents and validate maintenance and calibration records.
Identify, investigate, and report data discrepancies and inconsistencies.
Follow established naming conventions, data standards, and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
Generate basic reports and support document management activities.
Maintain accurate equipment and asset records throughout the equipment lifecycle.
Collaborate with maintenance, calibration, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to ensure complete and accurate data.
QualificationsExperience with data entry and data verification.
Familiarity with CMMS platforms such as EAMS, Maximo, SAP, or similar systems.
Understanding of equipment lifecycle concepts and asset management.
Ability to build and maintain equipment hierarchies.
Experience verifying maintenance and calibration records against source documents.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
Ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP) preferred.
Experience in a regulated environment (pharmaceutical, biotechnology, manufacturing, or life sciences) is a plus.
