Overview
The Electric Boat Information Technology Project Management Office (EBIT PMO) is responsible for managing IT projects, programs, and portfolios across the Electric Boat enterprise. The EBIT PMO provides governance for project, program, and portfolio management processes and best practices, monitors performance of projects, programs, and portfolios, drives project delivery, and performs strategic planning to maximize business value.

- Overseeing and coordinating the Project In-Take Processes
- Portfolio Optimization, Planning, and Governance
- Project Prioritization and Strategic Alignment
- Project Delivery and Project Management Oversight
- Program Management
- Resource Capacity Planning and Resource Management
- Financial Management
- Financial Management for the EBIT PMO
- Portfolio Reporting & Analytics
- Stakeholder Communication
- Risk Management
- Continuous Process Improvement
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 4+ years of project management or program management experience including project schedule development, change management, and status reporting.
- Previous program or portfolio management experience, including project prioritization and dependency tracking, resource allocation, budget management, and strategic planning.
- Previous experience in IT project, IT program, or IT portfolio management; or PMP or PfMP Certifications
- Must have skills in strategic thinking, financial analysis, resource management, and risk assessment
- Must have strong problem solving, analytical, and conflict resolution skills
- Must have proven ability to drive teams while being results focused
- Must have stakeholder management skills
- Must have strong written and oral communication skills
- Must have proven project management skills
- Must be capable of influencing leadership, PMO teams, and peers while working alongside and achieving shared goals and objectives
