Team Fishel, the Best Choice Employer in utility construction since 1936, is hiring Electric Supervisors for overhead transmission projects at our Plant City, FL (Tampa area) office. Team Fishel Supervisors lead our field crews to meet project goals safely.

• Effectively lead multiple crews on various-sized projects
• Ensure accuracy of time sheets and expense reports
• Monitor quality assurance to meet customer specifications and industry standards
• Ensure all crews observe safety practices during their work
• Reports, coordinates, and supervises all aspects of a project
• Effectively communicate with the project management team and customer
• May work independently performing site surveys for estimates, proposal preparation, or quality assurance

• Extensive electric transmission construction experience required
• Must have previous experience working from blueprints and specifications
• Must demonstrate extensive leadership experience leading crews
