Role OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and accomplished RN Hospice Specialty Registered Nurse. The RN Hospice Nurse ensures quality and safe delivery of hospice nursing services to patients in the home or assisted living setting.
Responsibilities include developing, implementing, and evaluating the plan of care; making necessary revisions to address all problems in the plan of care; coordinating care and maintaining continuity with other health professionals; supervising Licensed Practical Nurses and Home Health Aides; providing education, supervision, and counseling to clients and their families; and ensuring timely and accurate electronic documentation.
Hospice Nurses are paid an annual salary and are eligible for weekly productivity bonuses.
Qualifications- Current RN license required.
- Hospice and/or home care experience preferred.
- New graduates will not be considered.
